The Production the Quintessence Spagyric

Spagyric refers in the broadest sense to medicines in which a starting substance is first separated and then, after a refining process, recombined at the end. There are different processes, some of which differ greatly from each other in terms of quality. The founder of Aurora Pharma has intensively studied how he can continuously optimize the processes so that in the end a tincture is produced that contains the highest healing powers of a starting substance. Josef Lüthi based his work on the findings of Paracelsus. Thus he penetrated to the core of spagyric knowledge and found a way to produce a genuine, chymical marriage.

Cleaning

In this part of the production, the three separated parts are purified. The distillate is separated in 12 steps of the residual liquid according to the precisely calculated Four Elements Distillation Key and is re-distilled as Archaeus (spirit). The herb and the sulfur are burned, ashed and reincalcined. The result is the white salt (body) of the plant.

Chymical wedding

The reaction is called chymic wedding and testifies to the highest quality in the production of alchemical medicines. After the reaction is completed, the essential oil (soul), if not too low and thus carried in the element of fire (alcohol), is added to the chymical wedding. The quintessence thus contains the strongest healing powers of the original substance.

Steam distillation

At the beginning, the essential oils, the alchemist speaks of the soul of the plant, are separated with steam distillation to protect the oils from damage or loss in fermentation. The essential oils are added back to the tincture after the chymic marriage.

Fermentation

The plant is then fermented. By adding water, sugar and yeast, an individual plant alcohol is produced. This is fundamentally different from the procedure if the plant were to be placed in an industrial alcohol. The raw materials then mature in the fermentation cellar for at least two months until the finished plant alcohol is finally created.

Distillation

The next step is the separation of raw materials that have matured for months. The spagyricist thereby divides the liquid that was created during fermentation. In this process, with about 20 distillation passes, 4 basic liquids are created, which correspond to the four elements of fire, air, water and earth in their essence. In the end, these 4 elements are united again, from which the alchemical alcohol is created, which is called Archaeus.

Association

The Archaeus as a four-element distillate (spirit) is united with the salt (body). From an alchemical point of view, the male and female parts of the raw material unite here. This union results in a reaction that produces a temperature of up to 90°C. From this union a third, colored phase, the quintessence, is formed.

In the last step, the containers are filled in a container with a capacity of 15 liters. These can be bottles with a size of 10 ml, 30 ml, 250 ml or 1 l. The packaging takes place at Aurora Pharma. After the vials have been labeled, packaged and released, they can be shipped to our customers.

The quintessence has such a meaning also in alchemy. Here it stands for the fifth element, beside earth, fire, water, air. The other elements are embedded in it and arise through it and from it.

In the production of Aurora Pharma tinctures, a division into the 4 elements takes place. Only through this it is possible that at the end of the production from the union of the male and female principle a new substance is born: The quintessence. This comes to light when all the basic elements are united in a harmonious way during the production.

The long way to the spagyric quintessence

There are several ways to prepare spagyric medicines. However, only one with which a true quintessence is created. This manufacturing process is named after the founder of Aurora Pharma and is certified by Swissmedic under the name "spag. Lüthi".

The complex procedure respects the seven Hermetic laws, the 4 elements doctrine, the Trinity and Taoism. Only through this is it possible that at the end of the Chymical Wedding the quintessence is created, which unites the strongest healing powers of the initial dance.

Why do Aurora mother tinctures have such an intense effect?

Medicines from naturopathy usually address exclusively certain aspects that have triggered an illness or disharmony. Where does the manufacturing process come from?

The company's founder Josef Lüthi was taught the process by the alchemist Frater Albertus. He in turn drew his knowledge from a long line of alchemists that goes back to Paracelsus. Just as Paracelsus produced spagyric mother tinctures, Aurora Pharma still produces its medicines today.

Can the manufacturing process be shortened?
