Dr. Sarah Moritz is co-founder of the Ethnobotanical Institute in Saarland. 

Ethnobotany is the study of the coexistence of humans and nature. It explores the importance that the plant world holds for human cultures.

On the basis of nature experience and nature spirituality, Dr. Sarah Moritz and her husband Patrick Moritz give people help for self-help in seminars for a secure, nature-connected attitude to life. The contact to wild herbs and medicinal plants as well as a life in connection with nature and the seasons are important elements here, in addition to holistic healing knowledge, psychological backgrounds and self-awareness. The focus is different for each training: nature coaching, phytotherapy, ethnobotanical training. 

In a new interview, I talked with Dr. Sarah Moritz about the worldview on nature in other cultures, the holistic health tradition, and her experiences with spagyric and alchemy. 

She has also written a thesis on "The spirit of the plant heals". Her doctoral thesis "Alchemy and Contemporary Spagyrics. A Historical, Medical and Social Scientific Investigation" shows in an exciting way the different approaches in spagyric medicine until a remedy is created. In it, she also discusses Aurora Pharma.
